Twenty-five years ago, on September 11, 2001, our nation experienced a tragedy that forever changed the lives of countless families and communities.
Today, we pause to honor the 2,977 lives lost, the first responders who ran toward danger, and all those whose lives were forever impacted by the events of that day.
May we never forget the courage, sacrifice, compassion, and unity shown in the days that followed.
